当民宿では、お客様に阿波の美味しい様々な食を味わっていただきたく、阿波の食材をできる限り取り入れてご提供させていただいております。当宿でお出しする野菜の多くは、吉野川沿線の農家の方々（大幸食品株式会社さんなど）や鳴門市大麻町のレンコン農家の藤井農園さんが丹精込めて育てたとても新鮮なものです。また、”阿波の金時豚”も使用しています。甘みと柔らかさは最高です。美馬市で作っている”みまからとうがらし”やつるぎ町の”半田めん”もご賞味ください。
